General information:
*Pastries by Melissa, LLC is registered with the Indiana Secretary of State, certified by the Vanderburgh Board of Health for food handling (received a grade of 100%) and Serve Safe approved by the State of Indiana.

*A deposit will be collected at the time of consultation and reserving of wedding date. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the event will result in a 50% deposit penalty. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in a 100% deposit penalty. Final payment in full is required 72 hours prior to the event.

*Every cake is a unique work of art tailored to your specifications and event.

* Base cake prices do not include candy, floral work, or fruit. Such items as fruit, chocolates, and flowers are subject to seasonal price variations and will be discussed at the time of consultation.

* Delivery and set-up charges are extra. Distance and complexity of the delivery and set-up will affect pricing.

*Deposits will be obtained on cake equipment, unless purchased by the Bride prior to the assembly. Equipment that is rented by the baker should be returned within 1 week of the ceremony to avoid the loss of deposit. This includes ALL assembly materials and fountains.
